Marc Parker, owner of Sea and Land Shipping Services, LLC started his career in Steamship Agency work in 1981 with C. Fernie & Co, SA and ended up in Tampa in 1991 via Anchorage, Ak (where he worked as Operations manager for North Star Maritime).

After serving and managing different agencies, he purchased Sea and Land Shipping, Inc.

In 2018 and has added his domestic and international skills to the company’s already considerable experience in steamship agency work. Thanks to his time in Panama he is fluent in Spanish which helps as we enjoy the majority of the Latin American fertilizer business that is shipped out of Tampa. His skills in bulk discharge accounts, combined with Tim Thatcher’s fertilizer ship prowess, make for a very reliable team for all types of arriving vessels.

Timothy Thatcher, operations manager arrived at Sea and Land Shipping in 1993 after serving his country in the U.S Marines. As you can see from his 28 years in the business, he is well versed in agency experience and has no peer in the Port of Tampa when it comes to loading fertilizer for export as well as a variety of other vessel loading and discharging in the Tampa Bay area.

Jane Magill, has now moved to a part time/as necessary basis and is enjoying more time at home.

Toni comes to us with a background in upper management and accounting. Her years of experience in the business world has been a wonderful addition to our staff and her diligence with documentation is commendable.
